This is one of two Deluxe Reverb “stacks” we’re offering that were previously part of a stereo live guitar rig.
The Blackface Deluxe Reverb is held in legendary regard—especially in Nashville. It offers the perfect format for gigging, with an ideal balance of tone, size, and volume. The original speaker has been swapped for a Vox Silver Bell Celestion T1656 (25w) from 1969, and a matching one resides in the extension cabinet. This amp is in very good condition, with only light signs of previous wear. The front baffle has been swapped to a four-bolt design to accommodate the Celestion, and the original baffle is available upon request.
Internally, the power cord has been changed, along with the electrolytic caps and screen grid resistors. Otherwise, it's all stock - including the infamous Blue Molded Ajax coupling caps, which are intrinsic to the Blackface sound. Two studio slip clamshell covers are also included.
Feel free to inquire about shipping cost for the 2 pieces.
