Popularity for the 6G3 Deluxe has grown steadily over the years, establishing it as one of the most sought-after amps from the Brownface era. It’s often considered the American counterpart to the 20W Marshall, sharing similar features, wattage, and tonal characteristics. This particular example came to us in fantastic shape, showing only minor signs of previous wear. The original handle has been changed.

Internally, the power cord and electrolytic caps have been replaced, and a bias adjustment pot has been added. The 220k bias feed resistors were swapped for modern equivalent carbon comps, but the rest of the preamp remains original. This includes the Blue Molded Ajax coupling caps, which are essential to the classic '60s Fender sound. Paired with the original Schumacher transformers and brown label Oxford 12K5 speaker, this amp is an excellent choice for collectors and players alike!
*When using Affirm, we charge an additional 3.5% fee on the total at checkout. The majority of our instruments are consignment, where CVG keeps a small percentage of each sale. To be able to cover the additional costs required to offer financing, we have to include a higher fee to the customer. The 3.5% fee will be included in and spread across your Affirm payments.
