Description

The 5E3 Tweed Deluxe is the quintessential embodiment of 1950s-era Fender tone. Many builders have tried to reproduce this design over the years, but none truly capture the magic like the original amps with Triad transformers. This American workhorse shows moderate to heavy signs of use, with deep oxidation on the metal parts and a burn mark on the upper back panel—details that only add to the charm of a well-loved Tweed amp.

This amp has been serviced for modern use, with a replaced power cord and electrolytic caps. The handle and fuse holder have been changed as well, but everything else is original.

While fully functional, buyers should note the amp retains its original speaker cone, which is fragile and may be prone to separation from the voice coil over time.
