Description

The Fender Bronco is a re-branded Vibro-Champ, for the sake of pairing with the student model Bronco guitar and bass. This classic small-format amp delivers great tone and is equally at home on club gigs or serving as a studio secret weapon. Not to mention, it features one of the deepest and most musical tremolo sounds found in any Fender circuit. The amp shows minor signs of previous wear, along with some oxidation that’s typical for its age.

Internally, the power cord has been replaced, along with the preamp electrolytic caps and the bias resistor. Otherwise, the circuit remains all original. The upgraded Warehouse G8A Alnico speaker is a great pairing and results in an excellent overall sound!

Despite being fully functional the buyer should note this amp has long expired filter capacitors. While many Champs are run this way for years without issue, anyone planning on prolonged or regular gigging use would be advised to have it serviced.
