Description

This tried-and-true classic is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a big, full-bodied clean sound. This particular amp dates to 1965 and has been converted from its original combo configuration into a Mojotone headshell. Thankfully, it retains all of its original Schumacher transformers, so all that's needed is a good 4-ohm speaker cabinet.

The amp has been modded with a pre-phase inverter master volume, along with a direct output jack on the rear panel for added versatility.

Internally, it has been serviced with a replaced power cord, updated electrolytic capacitors, and new screen grid resistors. A handful of resistors have also been replaced, but otherwise the amp remains remarkably original, retaining most of its coveted Allen-Bradley resistors and all of its Blue Molded Ajax coupling capacitors.
