Despite receiving a professional recover at some point in its life, this example remains remarkably straightforward under the hood. The original Jensen P10R speakers and Triad transformers are still present, and even the original tube chart remains intact.
Internally, the power cord and electrolytic caps have been replaced. The original selenium diode has been updated to a traditional 1N4007 for more reliable bias operation. Otherwise, all of the original carbon composition resistors and Astron coupling capacitors remain in place. This is a wonderful example of one of Fender’s most influential designs!
