This Blonde-era Tremolux features a unique configuration, having it's output transformer swapped for a smaller one from a '74 Princeton. Quirky as it may be, the end result sounds excellent, delivering a wonderfully focused crunch when the volume is cranked. Because of this you can assume it produces closer to 25w, instead of it's normal 35w. The power transformer was also swapped for an older Merit 2952 type, and the voltages line up well for the smaller OT. The amp and cabinet show minor signs of wear and still look very good for their age.
Internally, the power cord, electrolytic capacitors, and screen grid have been replaced. On the preamp side, one tube socket has been replaced, along with the Phase Inverter coupling caps. The remaining "Blue Molded" Ajax originals are still intact. See the circuit pictures and specs section for further details.
