Description

This is Fender’s excellent modern recreation of the 1957 Tweed Twin, hand-wired with high-quality components throughout. Based on the coveted "low-powered" 5E8-A circuit, it features a pair of 5881 power tubes and is upgraded with dual GZ34 rectifier tubes for a bit more punch and responsiveness. It also comes equipped with specially designed Eminence Alnico speakers and Mercury Magnetics transformers. The result is a excellent sounding amp that comes about as close as a reissue can to capturing the character of an original.

This amp shows light signs of previous wear. The printing on the control panel has worn slightly over time, though all of the controls remain distinguishable, aside from the power/standby switches.
