Since its introduction in 1931, the Martin D-28 has been one of the most popular acoustic guitars in history. This particular guitar makes it clear why. It has had its share of work, including: six repaired top cracks, replaced bridge plate, several reglued braces, neck set, refret, new nut, new bridge, plugged strap button hole, side touchups, drop filled back crack, and top overspray. The bracing on post-war dreads typically wasn't scalloped, so it's notable that this one has non-original scalloped bracing. All told, it is one of the loudest, clearest, and balanced D-28 to make its way through our doors. It comes with a non-original hardshell case. Reach out for a further in-hand description!
