This limited-edition Gruhn 50th Anniversary D-42 is in excellent condition and shows barely any playwear. Unlike a standard D-42, this special run was spec’d by George Gruhn with sinker mahogany back and sides—a rare and highly prized tonewood known for its powerful low end, remarkable warmth, and complex overtones. The result is a D-42 with a deep, silky voice and exceptional richness. A beautifully crafted, tonally inspiring example of Martin’s finest work. Comes with the OHSC.
