This is the modern evolution of the legendary Marshall JTM45, condensed into their 20W Studio format. The series has been widely praised for its excellent tone and practical 20W/5W power modes, all while faithfully capturing the character of the original vintage designs.
The Studio JTM is no exception, delivering the lower-gain response and warm, rounded top end that made the original JTM45 such a classic. Another upgrade is the 12" Celestion G12M-65 Creamback, replacing the standard 10" speaker found in the Studio Vintage series. Not to mention the sharp styling, complete with the coffin logo and smooth-style tolex. This particular amp was purchased as a floor model, and has a scrape on the right side of the tolex.
