The Fender Harvard amp seems elusive these days, as we rarely see them cross our path. They can be considered a "one channel" Tweed Deluxe, foregoing the Normal side, while being driven by a single triode 6AV6 tube. This no-nonsense design excels in it's simplicity, which is why they've started to eclipse the demand of the mighty 5E3 Deluxe. This particular amp has the classic worn Tweed character, with a great sound to match. It even has some lacquer overspray on part of the Tweed, despite the panels and covering remaining original. The replaced output transformer seems to be from a similar era as the original Triad, and research tells us is a late 50's or early 60's Motorola brand; which is fortunate, because the sound matches up great! Internally, the electrolytic caps & power cord have been changed, along with the bias supply changed to a standard diode setup instead of Selenium. All original yellow Astron coupling caps and carbon comp resistors are still present.
