Description

This 1953 Fender Deluxe amp is in fantastic, collector grade condition. This amp features the early 5C3 circuit with octal preamp tubes, known for their pronounced midrange bark compared to the 9-pin types (12AY7/12AX7). The power cord and handle have been changed, but all of the original components are still present. This amp sounds like all your favorite records and is an absolute joy to play through!

While fully functional, the buyer should note that this amp has all original electronics, including electrolytic caps that have long since expired. For optimal performance, whether for gigging or otherwise, servicing is recommended (cap job, etc.).
