The Pro Reverb serves as a nice midway point between the Deluxe and Twin Reverb, having a bigger sonic footprint than the Deluxe, but not overly loud for use with smaller stages. These can be seen as the best deal out of any of the Blackface era amps, and if you're willing to bear a little extra weight the sound is worth it. As chance would have it this Pro Reverb happens to bear a 125A13A Bassman output transformer in place of the stock one. This seems more like an upgrade, like your vintage impala coming with a 400 V8 as opposed to the 302. Condition wise it has modern wear, but still looks good, other than one small tolex rip in the upper right corner of the cabinet. The power cord, screen grid resistors, and electrolytic caps have been replaced. In addition, the plate/cathode resistors in the preamp section have been changed out for modern carbon comp equivalents. Thankfully all original "blue molded" ajax coupling caps are still present, keeping the signature blackface sound firmly in tact. See specs section for more details.
