The Fender Princeton has quickly become a preferred size and wattage for many Nashville guitar players. The Brown-era, non-reverb 6G2 model has even been immortalized with a reissue thanks to Chris Stapleton, who has called it his all-time favorite amp. This particular example is in spectacular condition for its age, showing minimal signs of previous wear and presenting close to mint!

Internally, the power cord, bias cap, and bias resistor have been replaced, but otherwise, the circuit remains completely original—including the famed “Blue Molded” Ajax coupling caps that help define the classic ’60s Fender sound. Overall, this is an exceptional example of one of Fender’s most celebrated low-wattage designs.

Despite being fully functional the buyer should note this amp has long expired filter capacitors. While many amps are run this way for years without issue, anyone planning on prolonged or regular gigging use would be advised to have it serviced.
