The Fender Bassman is pinnacle of 60's American classic rock tone. From the beginning Bassman's always shared DNA with Marshall amps, and this one can easily keep up with any JTM45 from the era. This amp looks to be in very good shape, with minor signs of previous wear, other than one small 2cm spot on the top. Internally, it has a changed power cord and electrolytic caps. A few plate resistors have been changed, and a couple other stock carbon comp resistors have been changed for modern equivalents. The phase inverter cap have been changed, but otherwise all of the original "Blue Molded" Ajax caps are still present, preserving that signature backface sound. With the sum of the parts, and all original transformers being present you can't go wrong with this '67 head!
