This 1958 Martin D-21 is a very clean example with dreamy, warm dry tone. The D-21 is a favorite model of ours given it features the Brazilian Rosewood back and sides without the bells and whistles of Martin's higher-end models - meaning high end tone without the high end price tag. Its neck is a super comfortable Soft "V" that sits perfectly in hand. It's undergone the repairs that are typically essential when it comes to keeping vintage Martins playing: neck reset, refret, and bridge reglue. And other than an added strap button, this guitar is all original. It's in very good cosmetic shape for its age too. There's typical player wear and checking throughout, some buckle rash on the back and a finish crack on the bass side shoulder, but as far as 70 year old Martins go, this one is in remarkably great shape.
Includes vintage hard shell case.
