Description

The 2005 Martin D-28 Marquis is a vintage-inspired dreadnought built with an Adirondack spruce top, rosewood back and sides, and forward-shifted scalloped X-bracing. Paired with a modified V neck and ebony fingerboard, it delivers strong projection, rich tone, and the classic Martin feel many players look for in a pre-war–style instrument. This guitar is in excellent condition overall, with only light playwear and a bit of finish checking that adds to its broken-in character. The only modification is a strap button added at the heel. It also has a very faint tobacco scent, though it isn’t strong or overpowering. Comes with the original hard case.
