Description

This 2017 Martin '37 Authentic D-28 Aged is part of the Authentic Series, built with period-inspired construction details based on a late-1930s D-28. It features a spruce top paired with rosewood back and sides in the familiar dreadnought format. The lightly aged finish gives the guitar a broken-in appearance with subtle checking and gentle wear throughout. As with other Authentic models, the build focuses on traditional materials and construction methods associated with pre-war Martin instruments. A clean example from 2017 that captures the look and character of the late-1930s D-28 design.
