Description

This tried-and-true workhorse amp is an excellent tool when you need a large, full clean sound. Despite showing moderate wear, it delivers where it counts, with great tone coming through the Weber California 12F speakers. The front grill cloth has been replaced, which explains the relatively clean front appearance in contrast. The reverb tank is a recent Accutronics model and sounds great. The upper back panel is missing, but the lower one still remains.

Internally, the filter and bias capacitors have been replaced, while the original preamp electrolytics remain. The screen grid resistors have also been replaced. There are signs of significant heat on the chassis, likely from a past tube failure, but the amp currently runs great with a strong set of Select Series 6L6 power tubes. It should also be noted the amp is on casters, for ease of transport.
