This represents an excellent example of what is widely regarded as the quintessential "Nashville" amplifier. The blackface era Princeton Reverb combines exceptional sound with modest output power, making it equally suitable for gigging or recording. This amp has held up well over the years, with only minor signs of previous wear, and a couple of small blemishes in the grillcloth. It's stayed mostly original, with the exception of a replaced power cord, preamp/bias electrolytics, as well as the cathode resistors, which were swapped for carbon film equivalents. The bias resistor and one tremolo capacitor have also been replaced, but all of the original "Blue Molded" Ajax coupling capacitors are still intact.
