This excellent-sounding Blackface era Princeton Reverb has a few minor changes but remains all original where it counts.

The baffle has been swapped for a 12" style, widely considered an upgrade and commonly done on Princeton amps, both old and new. Even better, it’s equipped with a 1955 Jensen C12Q speaker, which offers much better power handling than the usual 10K5 Oxfords it came with. The upper back panel is a recent replacement, as is the reverb tank bag. The tank itself has been swapped for an OEM Accutronics replacement, and does great justice to the original '60s sound. The tolex does have a bit of light staining in places, and there are some small tears on the bottom corners. Overall, it's still in very good condition.

Internally, it has an updated power cord and electrolytic caps, taking care of its “100k-mile maintenance.” One power resistor has been replaced, but all other components are original, including the "Blue Molded" Ajax coupling capacitors. In conclusion, this is a high-performance vintage amplifier with all the maintenance you'd want, along with an all-original circuit and transformers!
