The Fender Princeton has gradually become the most popular format among Nashville players. This 6G2 version preceded the Reverb model by a couple years and delivers a great low-wattage crunch, along with a fantastic-sounding tremolo, which the Brown era is well known for. It has a modern replacement power transformer, but thankfully it has retained its original output transformer, preserving the vintage sound. Internally, the power cord and electrolytic caps have been replaced, but the rest of the preamp is original, including the infamous "Blue Molded" Ajax coupling caps. Overall, this is a fantastic value player-grade Princeton, with 100% of the Brown era sound we know and love!
