Description

This is a great looking Tremolux head from the blackface era, before Fender was purchased by CBS. The Tremolux serves as head version of a Vibrolux, without reverb. These are widely regarded as a sleeper within the blackface lineup, as they are about half the price of a Vibrolux Reverb combo! Internally, the power cord has been changed, along with the preamp electrolytics and a few plate resistors - see pictures for further details. Thankfully, this amp has retained its coveted "blue molded" Ajax coupling caps, ensuring the blackface sound is well in tact!
