The Fender Bassman holds a special place in the history of American amplifiers. While each era offers a slightly different configuration, it can be said that every version sounds great in a unique way. This particular amp has stayed mostly original, with the only changes being an updated power cord, electrolytic caps, and bias resistor. It should also be noted that the matching cabinet contains the large magnet Oxford 12M6 speakers, which do a great job at power handling, and sound excellent. The amp has a charming bit of wear, with a couple of long faded cigarette burns on the top, but still looks good, with no rips or tears to speak of.
