This 1995 example has benefited from a professional neck reset, making it ready for many more years of use, as well as a strap button installation. Abalone trim surrounds the top, fingerboard, headstock, and rosette, giving the guitar a distinctive appearance without overshadowing its traditional design. More than three decades after Martin reintroduced the D-45 to regular production, instruments like this demonstrate why the model continues to hold such an important place in the company's lineup.
