Description

This 1961 Martin D-28 in Natural is a wonderful vintage Martin with the deep, powerful voice and rich character that make these early D-28s so special. Much of the previous repair work was done at the Martin factory, including the bridge plate fill and plug, bridge reglue, glue and touch-up work to the top and side cracks, and neck reset. It has also received a CVG fret level and setup. The guitar is in good condition and comes with original receipts, including a Martin repair quote from 2009, along with the original bridge pins and end pin stored in the case. A special vintage D-28 with a documented history, strong tone, and plenty of character.
