Description

An exceptional early example from Gibson's Custom Shop! This Les Paul is in great condition, showing light patina, a few minor dings, and some buckle rash. The chunky '59 neck profile feels comfortable and natural in hand, making it a joy to play. Its original pickups deliver that signature "PAF" airiness, adding to its vintage vibe. Notably, this was the first year Gibson reintroduced aniline dye, which can be seen subtly beneath the finish—creating a unique spread of red dye under the clear coat. This guitar plays effortlessly and comes complete with its Certificate of Authenticity, a copy of "Beauty of the Burst", and both the original black Gibson Custom Art Historic hardshell case and the original brown Lifton hardshell case.
