This 2016 Firebird I from the Gibson Custom Shop captures the spirit of the original reverse-body design from the early ’60s. It features a single Firebird pickup that delivers the focused bite and clarity the model is known for, balanced by the resonance of its mahogany body and neck-through construction. The neck has a comfortable medium profile with a smooth feel. Finished in classic sunburst and showing only light player wear, it’s a fine example of Gibson’s attention to vintage detail in a modern build.
