Description

This 1966 Super Reverb has retained the majority of its original parts, along with 100% of that signature Blackface sound we all know and love. It shows some moderate wear from over the years but still presents very well, with no significant rips or tears. Most of the speakers are CTS Alnicos dated to 1972, along with one Fender-labeled ceramic.

Internally, the power cord and filter caps have been replaced. A couple of the ceramic caps were swapped out for orange drops. Many of the original carbon comp resistors have been swapped for old stock equivalents—see circuit photos for further details. All of the blue molded "Ajax" caps remain original to the amp.
