This is an excellent sounding Fender Deluxe Reverb, with an FEIC back panel indicating Pre-CBS. The tube chart is labeled July of 1965, so it's hard to say if it was truly built before the CBS transition. As you're probably aware the Blackface era Deluxe is thought of as the gold standard for gigging, rehearsal, and studio alike. This amp has minor signs of previous wear, with no significant rips or tears present. The power cord has been replaced with an repurposed extension cord, and the electrolytic caps have been replaced, along with a couple worn power resistors. On the preamp side a couple of ceramic caps have been replaced, but otherwise it's all stock. All of the original "Blue Molded" Ajax caps are still present, which shows through in textbook Fender Blackface sound!
