Late 1962 marks the premium era for the Blonde Fender Bassman, featuring the optimized "6G6-B" circuit. This is the most sought iteration of the Blonde era, and it features a single 15" piggyback cabinet, with a changed Black Widow speaker. Compared to a stock JBL the sound is looser feeling, making for a warm, blues-y sound. Condition wise the pair shows signs of prolonged storage, though they have still held up well. Internally, it has a changed power cord, electrolytic caps, a coupling cap, and a bias resistor. Otherwise it's all original, and it features the infamous "blue molded" Ajax coupling caps!
