When it comes to sound, this 1941 D-28 is simply as good as it gets! The guitar has remarkable projection with the tone that can only come from a pre-war 28!  This 1941 is in great condition having had a neck reset, bridge reglue and partial refret. Most importantly, the finish is 90% original, finish is has been sprayed onto the raw playwear, and the maple bridge plate is original (currently has a brass Mitchells plate mate). There is typical play wear throughout, but you can tell it had responsible ownership throughout its life. That in mind, it has the potential to live another full 80 years.

Includes its original hardshell case with purple flannel lining.
