A unique prewar D-28 with the classic and huge sounding combination of Adirondack Spruce and Brazilian Rosewood. This guitar is in good condition having 2 pickguards (both look original/period correct), neck reset, re-fret, reinstalled original bridge, replaced bridge plate, fingerboard thinned, re-glued X-brace, top crack from bass side pickguard under low E-string extending below bridge, 2 top cracks outside treble pickguard repaired with cleats, replaced tuners, back cracks approximately 15" and 4"repaired with touch-up, belt buckle wear, and the entire back was over-sprayed. The spruce underneath the bridge was patched. The guitar plays great and sounds huge! Includes a modern Martin Hard Case.
