Description

The D-41 has long occupied a sweet spot in Martin’s lineup, pairing the power of a dreadnought with a more ornate set of appointments. This 2024 example features a Shade Top over a Sitka Spruce top with East Indian Rosewood back and sides, along with the abalone trim and hexagon inlays associated with the model. The Ebony fingerboard and bridge, Mahogany neck, and gold open-gear tuners round out the traditional construction. It’s a polished modern Martin with plenty of projection and the visual detail that makes the D-41 a step above the more understated Standard Series models.
