From a limited run in 1995, this D-18 Golden Era is roughly based on the specs of a 1937 D-18, arguably the holy grail year for Martin guitars. Its projection is powerful and its tone covers a huge sonic spectrum, but maintains the signature Martin low end. The satin finish along the "Soft V" neck makes moving up and down the fretboard smooth and comfortable, and it's recently benefitted from a fret dress and bridge reglue. Cosmetically, it remains in pristine shape with no notable signs of wear.
Includes OHSC.
