Description

This 1980 Heritage Series Les Paul Standard 80 Elite stands out with its iconic sunburst finish and stunning quilted maple top. This particular example has been upgraded with the Jimmy Page mod, featuring non-original 4-conductor wire Gibson USA pickups and a replaced wiring harness equipped with push-pull pots for added tonal versatility. The pickguard has also been replaced, but otherwise, the guitar retains its original components. The action is smooth and consistent across the fretboard, offering excellent playability. Cosmetically, it shows moderate, honest wear from years of use, including minor nicks and light oxidation on the hardware. Despite these signs of age, the guitar is in overall excellent condition and plays beautifully. Includes a hardshell case.
