This 2015 Gibson Custom Shop '59 Les Paul Standard Reissue recreates the look and feel of the original late-1950s models, finished in Iced Tea Sunburst over a figured maple top. A mahogany body and neck are paired with a rosewood fingerboard and traditional trapezoid inlays, completing the familiar appointments of this celebrated design. The Custom Shop’s attention to period details extends to the carved top, vintage-style hardware, and dual humbuckers, delivering the rich midrange, sustain, and dynamic response expected from a Les Paul.
