This tried-and-true classic is an excellent choice when you need a large, full clean sound. Despite showing moderate wear, it delivers where it counts, with great tone coming through a pair of mid-60's Jensen Concert speakers. The speaker baffle has some extra screws on the front side, likely for added reinforcement. Also, there is a stencil with the word "Acrobat" on the lower back panel.
The power and output transformers have both been swapped for the same model OEM from 1974, so the tonal difference is quite negligible.
Internally, the power cord and electrolytic caps have been replaced, along with the screen grid resistors. Other than some changed coupling caps in the phase inverter, and one ceramic cap changed in V2, most of the preamp remains stock, including most of the "Blue Molded" Ajax caps. Resistor-wise about 3-4 total have been swapped - please see circuit pictures for further details.
