Fender Stratocaster 1962, Hardstail, Sunburst

1962 Fender non-trem Stratocaster, aka... The Hardtail.  A rare guitar.  A very rare guitar.  This one's in excellent original condition.  There's a barely perceptible area of touch-up in the dark part of the sunburst down near the lower strap button.  That's it for issues.  This guitar's lightweight and plays great.  The neck profile's in between the thin necks of '61 and the fat necks Fender made in '63; in other words... it's a wonderful neck shape.  All original electronics and the solder joints have never been touched.  The guitar still retains it's original 3 way pickup selector switch.  Inside the original brown Tolex case you'll find some case candy and tags.  This is one cool package!
