Description

This 1957 Fender Stratocaster has been extensively restored over the years, including a complete refinish in Sunburst. The neck date has been altered and is now nearly illegible, though the remaining markings appear to indicate either 1957 or 1959. Both pickups have been rewound, the original logo has been replaced, and the bridge and neck pickup routes have been deepened. A replacement pickguard is installed, with the broken original included in the case, and a volume pot has also been replaced. The guitar has received a refret and new nut as well, and it remains in very good condition for a vintage Stratocaster with this degree of restoration.
