Gibson Les Paul Custom 1969, Ebony

This 1969 Gibson Les Paul Custom has the classic Ebony finish, multi-ply binding, and gold appointments that give the model its distinctive appearance. The guitar has seen some work over the years, including a refinish on the back of the neck from the headstock to the 12th fret, a repaired crack in the top, and replacement pickup covers. It has also received a refret and new nut. Checking is present throughout, with additional buckle rash across the back, giving this late-’60s Custom a well-worn vintage look. Despite the work and wear, it remains a striking example of the Les Paul Custom from this period.
