The 5E5-A Fender Pro is a very rare model, and this is the first one we've seen at CVG in years. The standout feature of this amp is its superb condition – it's about as clean as Tweed Fenders get, just shy of being considered mint. There are a couple of small blemishes in the Tweed, but they're hardly noticeable given how pristine the rest of the amp looks. It’s also worth noting that there’s a small red heart painted on the back, along with a music note painted on the top.
This amp has undergone very few changes over the years, with only the power cord and electrolytic caps having been replaced. All of the resistors and Astron coupling caps are still original, and the amp retains that unmistakable Tweed Fender sound. It should also be noted that despite the tube chart saying "5E5" this is in fact a "5E5-A" circuit, which is quite different and frankly more desirable.
