This 1943 Martin D-28 has preserved its incredible function while gaining decades of beauty and tone.  Having been through a re-fret, bridge replacement, neck reset and several standard repairs, this dreadnaught giant has not only a lifetime of playing behind it but another ahead.  The sound is clear and uplifting, producing resonant lows with gripping mids and highs.  The dynamic range on this guitar is wide enough to project both delicate finger picking and strong strumming across any room.  The neck is the standard many luthiers have sought to copy with a re-fret ready to allow for expert playing.  With enough aging in the finish to give it a desired look without being over the top, this D-28 is an exceptional instrument.  Comes with the original hardshell case, in great condition.
