The Golden Era instruments drew their inspiration from the renowned vintage Martin guitars made prior to World War II. Many collectors believe that the pre-war Martin guitars were the finest acoustic string instruments ever made. Like the guitars of the pre-war era, the Golden Era guitars re-create that unique almost magical blend of well-chosen materials, optimized design and quality construction in a modern guitar. This Guitar was signed by C.F. Martin at the factory and is still in structurally great condition, with only dents and scratches to the finish. A K&K pickup and strap button has been installed for live play. Original hardshell case with replacement leather handle.
