Standard Series Martin D-28s typically feature the straight bracing that became common in the post-war years, but with the HD-28s, Martin brought scalloped bracing back to their contemporary guitars. This Custom Shop HD-28 also features an upgraded Adirondack spruce top paired with Indian rosewood, making it a great option for anyone looking for that Golden Era-inspired tone in a modern guitar! It's a fabulous sounding rosewood dread, with a powerful woody bass and singing highs, and the neck shape is more on the slight V range for folks who prefer the rounder profile.

This guitar is in great condition, with only some cosmetic wear to note—a very light amount of buckle/button rash on the back, a couple finish dings in the top and some wear on the pickguard. Comes with a pickup with volume knob and its original hardshell case.
