This Gibson GA-20 has held up quite well aesthetically considering its age. This 1951 model has an earlier circuit, with octal preamp tubes and produces a nice, crunchy midrange sound when overdriven. The output transformer has been changed, along with the power cord, electrolytic caps, and some of the wax coupling caps. It has a later 1958 Jensen P12R speaker, which is the same model as what would have come in it originally. The original handle has been changed as well.
