Description

This 1912 Gibson A-4 is a beautifully preserved oval-hole mandolin from the golden age of Gibson craftsmanship. Featuring a carved spruce top, maple back and sides, and the original ebony finish, it offers a warm, rich tone with excellent sustain and clarity. Appointed with a bound oval soundhole and pearl “The Gibson” inlay it’s a striking and highly musical piece of early 20th-century Americana. Check out the Specs tab for the full details.
