Description
This 1960 Fender Stratocaster carries the kind of history you can feel the moment you pick it up - finished in the rare and beloved) Fiesta Red. Coming to us from its second owner (purchased back in 1984) it's spent that past 4 decades with a careful steward.
Our in-house repair team performed a thoughtful refret to bring back the playability without disturbing its character. The neck is perfectly worn-in with million dollar playability. At some point, the middle pickup tone pot was also replaced with a 1961 pot, and there are a few spots of darker red paint touch up, but otherwise this guitar remains true to spec. Plugged in, it offers a lively, open voice.
Custom Color Stratocasters this early on are hard to come by, and this one has all the character and decadence you could ever want.
