Finished in Shell Pink with a Journeyman Relic finish, this 2017 Fender Custom Shop Bass VI captures the look and feel of a well-played original while offering the precision of a modern Custom Shop build. Its 30" scale, three hand-wound Jaguar pickups, and classic Bass VI switching system cover everything from deep bass lines to chimey, guitar-like textures with ease. The quartersawn maple neck features a comfortable '60s Oval "C" profile paired with a 7.25" radius rosewood fingerboard, staying true to the instrument's early-'60s roots. As one of Fender's more distinctive designs, the Bass VI occupies its own space in the lineup, delivering a playing experience unlike a traditional bass or electric guitar.
